Shipping & Returns
Orders typically ship within 1 week of purchase, except for products marked as backordered, which have a longer turnaround specified on the product page. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), meaning customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
We have a 14-day domestic USA return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a return request for a refund.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and customers will not be refunded for initial shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
At this time we do not offer returns for international orders placed outside of the USA.
