SHIPPING

Domestic USA orders are shipped via UPS and international orders are shipped via USPS.

Orders typically ship within 1 week of purchase, except products marked as pre-order which have a longer turnaround specified on the product page. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact info@chezrien.com.

International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), meaning customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we can't calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day domestic USA return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. Please note, customers will not be refunded for initial shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

EXCHANGES 

We have a 30-day domestic USA exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders placed outside of the USA. 

 REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. You will be issued a full refund within a week of approval if you are eligible.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If, for any reason, Chez Rien cannot issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or an alternate method of refund. Please note that some payment methods available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase to the original payment method.
