Shipping & Returns

Orders typically ship within 1 week of purchase, except for products marked as backordered, which have a longer turnaround specified on the product page. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP), meaning customs, duties and taxes are included in the item price or shipping cost.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a return request for a refund. 

Please note that all domestic USA returns are subject to a $5 return shipping fee, and customers will not be refunded for initial shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

International customers outside of the USA are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
