Orders typically ship within 1 week of purchase, except for products marked as backordered, which have a longer turnaround specified on the product page. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact info@chezrien.com.

International orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP), meaning customs, duties, and taxes are included in the item price or shipping cost.
