Orders typically ship within 1 week of purchase, except for products marked as backordered, which have a longer turnaround specified on the product page. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact info@chezrien.com.

International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), meaning customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we can't calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
